Please be aware of future weather conditions.
Check your Propane tank level ahead of incoming inclement weather and refill.
If your propane is low and you are unable to refill, you need to report to maintenance and give permission to winterize your unit.
Check your Furnance filter. If filter is over 30 days old, please replace. If you need a filter, your maintenance office can provide you one.
Visual check the vents on your roof to make sure they are free of ice or snow blockage. Contact the maintenance office and report if there is blockage of vents.
